Becky Darling

Becky Darling graduated from Utah State University in 2010 with a BS in Elementary Education and a mid-level math endorsement. She earned her ESL endorsement, Ed Tech endorsement, Gifted and Talented Education endorsement, and her Master's in Mathematics education. She currently teaches math and coding to 7th and 8th-grade students at Clarke N. Johnsen Jr. High. She has been a TEA member since 2010 and is excited to work on behalf of Tooele County teachers and students.

Becky and her family ran the Tooele County Flag Football League for 10 years. She loves being involved in things larger than herself, so in 2018, she applied and was accepted as a Utah Teacher Fellow. This non-partisan group aims to amplify the voice of educators in Utah.

When Becky isn't teaching or advocating for educators and students, she is hanging out with her adorable grandsons, crafting, or doing chalk art competitions across the state and beyond.
